« Hotel pres de la freeway et de la rocade Si les chambres les plus eloignées sont épargnées par le bruit, ce n'es pas le cas des premières. Porte ouverte ou fermée, le bruit est assoudissant. « This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Cigarette smoke looming throughout the entire hotel(didn't bother us but something to definitely note), the room itself was absolutely gross -- grease/ dirt grime all over the walls, shower caulking was mildew ridden, particles/ hair in the "clean sheets" on the bed, AC sounded like it was on its last leg, appliances and such were definitely older(not a bad thing but again the cleanliness was an issue), the list truly goes on. « IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. »

« From check-in to check-out, this hotel is amazing. The staff are friendly, efficient and attentive, and the maintenance crew were right on the small issue we had. A towel bar came off the shower wall and within less than an hour of reporting it, on a Sunday, it was reinstalled. The kitchen staff are so friendly (special shout out to Vi), that when I was taking our luggage to the car one of the kitchen staff was taking out the trash, and literally thanked me for staying with them and asked how...

« The room was clean. As far as the bedding it felt like paper. It could use a comforter since there are no blankets. The breakfast was do it yourself awaffles sausage that had to have been microwaved it was shriveled and grey. The fruit and yogurt were great. Juice and the coffee was delicious.
